As a 15 seed in the East region, St. Peter's upset second-seeded Kentucky in the First Round, seventh-seeded Murray State in the Second Round, and third-seeded Purdue in the Sweet 16. Their 2022 tournament run is considered by many to be the biggest Cinderella story in tournament history.
