Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Shipment processing times
Normal, INSTOCK/SHIPPING NOW ITEMS, on average ship 24 to 48 hours from receiving your Order. Tracking may take an additional 24 hours to update when We fulfill our side of shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered by US on Sundays, or holidays, vacations, or noted times, as advertised by Us.
ALL PRE-ORDERS are given a TENTATIVE shipment window (month and year). Once stock is received, You will be notified of tentative shipment information. Due to volume that could exist, We will get orders out ASAP once stock is in.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates - USA
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: 2-8 business days (not counting holidays) from the date the courier SENDS Our shipment. Note, your Order may be split-up on Our end to reduce single-package bloat. You will be notified of all applicable tracking information.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing Your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes...etc).
Damages
Items damaged in transit can be exchanged for a replacement item provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. If we are out of stock of that item, we will instead issue a refund. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if damage is found. Please note that minor manufacturer cosmetic paint issues do not qualify as a defective product. Also, damaged packaging is NOT eligible for a refund UNLESS it does not meet the packaging grade as noted in the product description.
