Refund policy

The following DOES NOT pertain to Blind Boxes. All Blind Box sales are final. The following also DOES NOT pertain to any items whose description notes "Final Sale". Please read all product descriptions carefully!

We have a 14-day refund-deduction return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange, of which the cost of the return label will be deducted from refund and sent to your email. Consideration of cost will apply to product cost - you may be eligible for reduced-cost-returns if product meets guidelines and return-shipping is greater than cost of item.


To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, if applicable or not using our site. Item must not have been marked as final sale in any way, in description, or as described in the first paragraph after the Last updated date. For manufacturer initiated cancel or return - If manufacturer is responsible for cancellation and return, you will be notified immediately, and refunds are processed within the Financial Quarter of cancellation in order for us to recoup any paid costs before refunding your item.

To start a return:

  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request return.


If your return or exchange is accepted, we will send you, via email, a return shipping label (cost deducted from refund). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please allow 2-5 business for your return label to appear. If it has been longer than 5 business days, please contact us as noted below. Weekends, holidays, and days noted as "Shop Closed" do not count as "business days".

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damages, please take clear pictures of the box, the items, and packaging and include it to us with your contact data. The more numerous, pertinent and clearer the images, the easier to initiate the refund process. Use your account to manage damages:

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less the cost of return label, within 10 business days. If original source is unavailable, such as 3rd party listings, please be ready to provide alternative refund sources such as PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp...etc. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds agreed by analog source such as check/money order are processed first Monday of the next month.
