The bobblehead commemorates the Wisconsin Badgers' 2017 football season that saw the Badgers win the Orange Bowl to set the school record for most wins in a season. It was produced exclusively for the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum and is officially licensed by the University of Wisconsin and the NCAA.
